I finished chapter three, but I still haven't gone back to fix chapter two yet: so chapter three feels awkward when I read them back to back.  I have already written the last chapter of the first book (chapter 15, I think, but I am not entirely sure of that), and sketched out quite a bit of book two.  I know everything that happens (and that needs to happen) in these first couple of chapters, but I am having trouble trying to write them independent of the longer work, so I have decided not to. 

I am going to write all of book one before I post another word of this story. I will leave what I have up now up for the time being, but I consider it a first draft.  Think of it as a teaser for the final work. In the mean time, I would love it if you would check out a short piece I posted on TIBU called  "Simple Truth." I put it up two weeks ago and it looks like only a handful of people gave it a look.  I will probably be posting some of my other completed works there (I may also get my own domain when I have more content, but I will mirror stuff on TIBU for now if only to reach the community there).

I have been having a very hard time making time to write these past few weeks since I started this piece. It may have just been bad timing. I hope that, once the craziness from the holidays has passed, I will be able to finish this one quickly and relaunch with more frequent updates.

I promise that when I do relaunch, I will have a lot more to show you.
